Questions, corrections or feedback? Here is how to contact the team behind this guide.
One inbox, read by a real person
One email address reaches us, and a real person reads it. Write to [email protected] for anything to do with the reviews, the numbers we publish, or a fact you think we got wrong. We prefer email to a form because it gives us a record we can reply to properly, and it lets you attach a screenshot if you are pointing at something specific in a demo or a paytable.
We are an independent editorial team, not a casino and not a support desk for any operator. If you have a problem with a deposit, a withdrawal or an account, that has to go to the casino itself; we cannot see or touch your account and we would only be a slow middleman.
Corrections
If a spec, a feature description or a figure looks wrong, tell us which page and which line. We re-check every correction against the provider's own page and, where it applies, against the free demo before we change anything. When we fix something, the change is public and dated, and we would rather do that than argue the point.
Feedback and questions
Reader questions genuinely shape what we test next. If there is a mechanic you want logged in more depth, a comparison you want run, or a number you cannot find explained anywhere, send it. We read all of it, even when we cannot act on every request.
What to expect back
We are a small team, so we do not run a 24-hour queue. Most emails get a reply within a few working days. Corrections tend to move fastest, because a factual error is worth fixing before more people read it. Please do not send the same message several times; one clear email with the page, the line and, if you have it, a screenshot is far quicker for us to act on than a stack of follow-ups.
We do not accept guest posts, link placements or paid content, so pitches of that kind will not get a reply. We are only interested in mail about the reviews themselves.
